Right Use of Power Training
The Right Use of Power training is designed to support individuals in positions of trust to relate with awareness and insight to the power that derives from their positions, and with increasing sensitivity to the impact of their use of power on others and in their field of influence. Dr. Cedar Barstow, Founder and Executive Director of the Right Use of Power Institute, and Acharya Susan Skjei deliver and facilitate this training for our community.
The RUP training can be taken anytime and includes eight 40 minute online modules, along with live webinars, and contemplative and experiential exercises. You may view the online modules at your convenience, but your participation in the live monthly webinars is strongly encouraged. All community members are invited to register and the course is offered “pay what you can.”
