Code of Conduct Facilitators
The Code of Conduct Facilitator’s role is to support the code of conduct process at a local level, providing individual support to those involved in a code of conduct process, following the Shambhala Code of Conduct Policy and Procedure. The current Facilitators are: Jan Snyder and Vincent Dummer.

Jan Snyder, Ph.D. Gainesville, FL
Jan is the Director of Shambhala Gainesville in Gainesville, Florida. A clinical psychologist in private practice for over 40 years, Jan grew up and was educated in the northeast US before she moved to north central Florida in 1990. Jan has been actively engaged in the Shambhala Community since 2007 and is currently a student of the Sakyong. She is authorized as a Shambhala Path Meditation Instructor and has been certified to teach several Shambhala levels and classes. Jan lives surrounded by nature in Micanopy, Florida, with her husband, several standard poodles, and lots of fish. She enjoys biking, swimming and hiking (most any activity in nature) as well as spending time with children and grandchildren and friends.
Vincent Dummer, Lexington, KY
Vincent, Psy.D. is a native of the Netherlands and has been a licensed psychologist in private practice in Lexington since 1983. Vincent has been associated with the Lexington Shambhala Center since the early nineties and is a Vajrayana student. He has served in the past as a “Pathfinder” and lives with Judith and their 2 collies in rural Kentucky. “Promoting the qualities of transparancy, inclusivity, caring and accountability is completely consistent with everything I do.”
